What you'll do
- Develop packaged AI solutions, agent templates, demos, and solution blueprints with partners.
- Create implementation playbooks, reusable technical assets, and reference architectures.
- Lead partner workshops, solution design sessions, demos, and proofs of concept.
- Enable partners to understand and deliver Dust solutions, integrations, APIs, and MCP capabilities.
- Collaborate across Partnerships, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering to address blockers and improve offerings.
- Bring partner feedback into product priorities and support joint opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Forward Deployed Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications, agents, automations, or enterprise software integrations.
- Strong understanding of MCPs, APIs, technical architecture, and connecting business systems and workflows.
- Ability to turn customer problems into practical, repeatable technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity and creating processes from scratch.
Nice to have
- Experience with consulting partners, systems integrators, or technology alliances.
- Familiarity with MCP, LLMs, and modern AI tooling.
- Experience developing partner solutions, implementation playbooks, or packaged consulting offerings.
