What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of signed-up patients and help them start therapy

- Coordinate with medical practices and insurers when needed
- Maintain accurate patient statuses in the CRM
What we're looking for
- Native-level Portuguese
- At least 2 years in a phone-based, target-driven role
- Proven record of meeting individual targets
- Empathy and patience when supporting people with chronic pain and limited digital experience
- Highly organised, with CRM experience
- Comfortable adopting new tools and technology
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
