The team
Payment Operations, within the GTM and Banking Partnerships teams.
What you'll do
- Support cash flow for payouts, refunds, and merchant settlements.
- Monitor payment routing for deposits and withdrawals.
- Monitor settlement risk and connected bank performance.
- Reconcile transactions and support month-end and year-end closings.
- Handle bank KYC processes and inquiries from banking partners.
- Provide ad hoc data analysis and help improve payment processes.
