What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of Payment Operations Analysts
- Manage day-to-day bank and payment partner operations
- Execute compliance programs related to payments
- Drive incident response for payment operations
- Partner with Product and Engineering on operational insights
- Model and encourage the use of AI within the team
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in payment operations or banking operations
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Deep knowledge of domestic payment rails (ACH, wires, RTP)
- Experience with compliance programs such as Nacha and SOC 1
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity
Nice to have
- Experience with international money movement
- Nacha AAP or AFPP certification
