What you'll do
- Manage and reconcile bi-weekly and quarterly payrolls
- Administer the Workday Time Tracking module
- Process leave of absence amounts and equity transactions
- Liaise with the ADP support team for payroll accuracy
- Collaborate with Finance and People teams to enhance payroll workflows
- Serve as the first point of contact for U.S. payroll inquiries
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of U.S. payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax laws
- Experience with payroll systems and quick learning ability
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a high growth environment
- Proficient in Excel with a curiosity for AI tools
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday payroll system or ADP smart compliance
- Familiarity with NetSuite and payroll journal entries
- Experience with all Workday modules
