Payroll Implementation team, working with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and payroll bureau colleagues.
What you'll do
- Own payroll implementations end to end, from discovery through go-live.
- Configure and troubleshoot UK payroll, including GL, pensions, and RTI processing.
- Identify and implement improvements to payroll implementation processes.
- Work with Project Managers and Solutions Architects on customer implementations.
- Travel to customer sites for training and launch support.
- Use AI tools for reconciliation, communication, and administrative work.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience implementing UK payroll systems end to end.
- Working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and processing.
- Comfort with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and accountability.
- Interest in using AI in everyday work.
Nice to have
- CIPP or equivalent qualification, or currently working towards one.
