What you'll do
- Map current payroll operations across markets
- Build in-house payroll-to-finance reconciliation tool
- Support HRIS-to-payroll data flows after go-live
- Drive payroll data quality through regular audits
What we're looking for
- Fluent in English and French
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of payroll systems experience
- Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
Nice to have
- Payroll experience in francophone West Africa
- Experience with Workday
- Payroll certification (CPP, FPC, CIPP)
