What you'll do
- Lead client scoping calls and clarify requirements, timelines, and target environments
- Manage engagement schedules, logistics, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary client contact and provide updates throughout engagements
- Coordinate internal resources and facilitate kickoff, status, and closeout meetings
- Answer questions about testing approaches, findings, and remediation guidance
- Support quality assurance and escalate technical issues when needed
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in penetration testing, security assessments, or a related cybersecurity role
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and command-line interfaces
- Basic knowledge of web technologies and common attack vectors
- Ability to read and understand basic code
- Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
- Strong organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
