What you'll do
- Partner with EMEA leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, and team effectiveness.
- Translate business priorities into proactive People strategies and identify organizational risks and opportunities.
- Use workforce and talent data to inform performance, succession, and organizational decisions.
- Adapt global People programs to regional needs and drive their adoption.
- Partner with People Operations, Legal, Finance, Recruiting, and Compensation on complex people and organizational matters.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience in senior HR Business Partner or People leadership roles.
- Experience supporting complex, high-growth businesses across EMEA.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and independently navigate ambiguity.
- Strong business acumen and experience working across global, distributed organizations.
