What you'll do
- Administer, configure, and guide the roadmap for recruiting tools and Sana, including integrations, access, and change management.
- Gather requirements and write specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineers to design, test, and launch AI agents and automations.
- Map workflows, identify friction, and drive measurable process improvements.
- Manage concurrent projects, communicate status and trade-offs, and maintain documentation and training.
What we're looking for
- 4–6 years of experience in HRIS, recruiting systems, business systems analysis, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience owning and configuring an ATS or HR system, including integrations.
- Track record of leading projects from requirements through launch with measurable results.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Experience partnering with engineers and comfort with light scripting or automation tools.
- Clear communication, stakeholder presentation, and prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with or strong interest in building AI tools and agents to improve processes.
