The team

What you'll do
- Own the employee onboarding journey and partner on offboarding across locations.
- Run team rituals, events, and one or two company offsites each year.
- Collect employee feedback and turn it into improvements and practical experience metrics.
- Help ensure offices are safe, welcoming, functional, and well maintained.
- Manage workplace vendors, contracts, and budgets.
- Create scalable processes and clear cross-functional ownership as the company grows.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of People Operations, People Experience, or Workplace Experience experience in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment.
- Strong operational ownership, project management, and attention to detail.
- Warm, empathetic, and able to communicate clearly and handle sensitive situations discreetly.
- Experience working with vendors, budgets, and external partners.
- Able to build simple scalable processes and adapt to changing priorities.
