About this role

Create direct-response video ads for Foxelli’s e-commerce brands, from customer research and concept development through copywriting and final production. Use performance results and collaboration with creative and media buying colleagues to improve ads and develop new concepts.

What you'll do

• Research customers, reviews, objections, products, and existing creative to identify persuasive advertising angles.
• Develop paid social ad concepts, particularly for Meta.
• Write English hooks, scripts, on-screen copy, and calls to action.
• Produce and edit complete video ads using product footage, creator content, and AI-generated assets.
• Create variations to test different openings, messages, motivations, and storytelling approaches.
• Review ad performance with media buyers and use results to improve creative.

What we're looking for

• Experience creating direct-response video ads for e-commerce, including concept and production.
• Strong customer insight and English copywriting skills.
• Confident video editing and production skills, including pacing, sound, visuals, and text.
• Practical experience using AI image, video, or voice tools in projects.
• Understanding of performance metrics such as watch time, CTR, conversion rate, and CPA.
• Able to work independently, manage details, and communicate progress and deadlines.
