What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of patients and help them start therapy successfully

- Contact patients by phone, email, and messaging, proactively reaching out to those who need help
- Coordinate with medical practices and health insurers when needed
- Keep patient records and statuses up to date in the CRM
What we're looking for
- Native-level German (C2)
- At least two years of experience in a target-driven, phone-based role such as sales, customer or patient success, or patient coordination
- Track record of meeting individual targets and motivation to work with performance-based compensation
- Empathy and patience when supporting people with chronic pain, including those less comfortable with digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and experience using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Willingness to use new tools and technologies
