What you'll do
- Execute pipeline generation programs globally and regionally
- Coordinate timelines and actions across teams
- Run regular pipeline hygiene checkpoints
- Partner with Marketing and Enablement for field support
- Identify risks and opportunities within the pipeline
- Track and report program performance
- Coordinate outbound program execution
- Suggest improvements to processes and systems
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in sales or operations
- Experience running cross-functional programs
- Comfortable working with pipeline data
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels
- Clear communication and presentation skills
