What you'll do
- Help nearby agents with deposits, withdrawals, and liquidity needs
- Support agents and customers with Wave services, account opening, and app usage
- Reconcile premium point transactions daily
- Record cash management transactions in the treasury system
- Request funds promptly to rebalance with agents and clients
- Report discrepancies, operational challenges, and counterfeit bills
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in cash handling, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash management, or delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Front-office customer service or banking experience
- Fluent in English
- Vigilant, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Nice to have
- Proficiency in at least one local language
- Knowledge of Wave products
