What you'll do
- Help agents with cash deposits, withdrawals, and liquidity needs
- Support agents and clients with Wave services, account opening, the app, and physical cards
- Reconcile premium points daily
- Record cash management transactions accurately in the treasury system
- Request funds promptly to rebalance with agents and clients
- Escalate discrepancies and challenges to the Premium Cash Officer
- Report counterfeit bills to leadership
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in cashiering, cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling, or delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Strong English proficiency
- Experience in front-office customer service or banking
- Vigilance, attention to detail, and strong integrity

- Familiarity with Wave products
- Speaking a local language
