What you'll do
- Help nearby agents with deposits, withdrawals, and liquidity needs
- Support agents and clients with Wave products, account opening, and app use
- Reconcile premium points daily
- Record cash management transactions in the treasury system
- Request funds promptly to rebalance with agents and clients
- Report discrepancies and challenges to the Premium Cash Officer
- Report counterfeit bills to leadership
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in cashiering, cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling, or delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Strong French proficiency
- Previous front-office customer service or banking experience
- High vigilance, attention to detail, and integrity
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Wave products
- English and a local language such as Bamanakan or Sarakole
