What you'll do
- Design and implement systems features for storage, replication, query execution, and performance.

- Set engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and drive projects from concept to production.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of systems software experience in C/C++ or Rust.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL or other database engine internals.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, operating systems, and performance engineering.
- Experience delivering large-scale systems or core infrastructure features end to end.
- Able to work with high autonomy and focus on pragmatic, measurable impact.
