What you'll do
- Conduct financial and analytical deep dives to inform business decisions.
- Build investment business cases, size opportunities, model returns, and frame tradeoffs.
- Define program KPIs and goals, and develop reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Evaluate program economics, including incentive costs, customer response, and incremental impact.
- Support annual and long-range planning and monthly or quarterly forecasts.
- Present executive-ready narratives and recommendations, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of relevant finance and analytical experience.
- Strong financial modeling and experience building business cases and ROI frameworks.
- Ability to independently extract, analyze, and synthesize large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex data into recommendations.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- High ownership, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with growth strategies and evaluating ROI and scalability of marketplace, loyalty, incentive, or growth programs.
- Experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or business operations.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or Gemini, or ability to become proficient.
