What you'll do
- Conduct customer and prospect privacy risk assessments
- Maintain accurate data flow maps and records of processing
- Translate privacy laws into actionable requirements
- Define privacy requirements for product and infrastructure changes
- Design operational auditing and remediation workflows
- Own the vendor privacy review process
- Create self-service guidance for various teams
- Collaborate with Legal on DPAs and residency commitments
What we're looking for
- Experience in privacy or legal operations
- Demonstrated ownership of privacy operational systems
- Ability to understand data flows and architecture diagrams
- Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA
- Strong writing skills for documentation
- Bias towards automation
- Comfort with ambiguity in legal contexts
Nice to have
- CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E certification
- Ability to read code and write SQL
- Experience with on-premise infrastructure
- Knowledge of machine learning and data pipelines
- Exposure to formal audits like SOC 2 and ISO 27001
