Build internal AI products that help Figma employees understand customers and make informed product and business decisions. Own products from concept through launch, evaluation, and adoption, using AI tools and strong design and product judgment.

What you'll do
- Identify opportunities to improve employees’ understanding of customers
- Design experiences for finding customer evidence and understanding customer needs
- Build, launch, and maintain internal products using AI tools
- Ship early versions and improve them through feedback and real-world use
- Define quality standards and evaluations for AI behavior, evidence quality, and usability
- Partner with Research, Design, Product, Engineering, and internal users to support launches and adoption
- Measure product impact and share decisions, tools, and practices
What we're looking for
- Strong UX or product design craft, including interaction design and visual judgment
- Experience building and shipping impactful products with AI tools
- Deep AI fluency, including connecting models, data, and tools and troubleshooting prompts and integrations
- Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex customer information
Nice to have
- Academic background in design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction
- Customer research experience or experience building research platforms and tools
- Ability to align teams, communicate priorities, and drive adoption
- Experience evaluating AI products using realistic tasks
- Familiarity with Figma products
