Own product initiatives from problem discovery and prototyping through production launch and measurement of customer impact. Build AI-native product experiences and tools spanning onboarding, automation, product-led growth, and multi-property hospitality operations.

Stack

What you'll do

• Define, prototype, ship, and iterate on product initiatives using customer feedback
• Build AI-powered features and co-pilot experiences, including decisions about models and infrastructure
• Use AI development tools to accelerate delivery and establish reusable practices for engineering teams
• Develop systems for product-led growth, onboarding automation, business intelligence, and AI workflows
• Create reusable engineering patterns and coach engineers

What we're looking for

• 7+ years delivering customer-facing software with measurable business outcomes
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products or systems and understanding their underlying models
• Experience shipping products where AI is a core architectural component
• Strong product instincts and experience working without dedicated product or design direction
• Clear communication and a track record of influencing strategy across functions

Nice to have

• Startup, founder, or scale-up experience
• Ability to define and deliver product strategy without top-down direction
