Product/Design Recruiter

Own full-cycle recruiting for Stripe’s global product management and design organizations. Develop tailored search strategies, advise leaders with talent-market insights, and improve recruiting processes while delivering a strong candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior product and design leaders to develop hiring strategies and evaluation criteria
• Recruit across product management, product design, brand design, content design, design engineering, web presence design, and UX research
• Source and engage candidates, including passive senior talent, across geographies
• Advise hiring leaders on market availability and geographic search opportunities
• Track recruiting metrics and share progress with leadership
• Improve recruiting processes and coordinate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4+ years recruiting for product management and design in-house
• Experience hiring across both product management and design in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to translate role profiles and business needs into effective search strategies
• Track record attracting passive senior candidates and building diverse pipelines across locations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and operational organization skills
• Data-driven problem-solving, adaptability, and a growth mindset
