What you'll do
- Conduct shopper research and run experiments with product and data teams
- Design interaction flows for AI-driven shopping experiences and merchandiser tools
- Define a visual design direction for product discovery
- Deliver high-fidelity designs across homepage, search, product pages, filtering, guided shopping, and agent configuration
- Create scalable UX patterns that work with the design system and component library
What we're looking for
- Experience leading user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis
- Experience designing for unfamiliar, complex workflows, especially in B2B contexts
- Strong systems thinking and ability to create reusable solutions
- Comfort with ambiguity, iterative work, and close collaboration with product managers and engineers
