The team
Dedicated Product Growth team; reports to the Product Design Manager and works alongside an experienced Product Designer.
What you'll do
- Propose product changes to advance growth initiatives.
- Participate in experiments, using research and feedback to iterate on designs.
- Generate experiment ideas and prototype solutions to reduce friction and influence user behavior.
- Advocate for changes that support users’ goals.
- Balance rapid experimentation with a high quality bar for shipped changes.
- Collaborate with product, research, design, and engineering to define problems, goals, and measures of impact.
What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years of product design experience, ideally including onboarding, growth, or monetization.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and behavioral analytics tools such as Amplitude or Pendo.
- Experience with self-serve, product-led SaaS business models.
- Ability to interpret experiment results and use them to guide design decisions.
- Ability to balance delivery speed with design quality.
- Experience working in distributed, asynchronous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tailscale or familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, VPNs, or traffic routing.
- Thoughtful use of LLM tools in design workflows, especially prototyping and user testing.
