What you'll do
- Translate complex systems, policies, and operational constraints into clear product experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve consistency across journeys and surfaces
- Partner with product, engineering, research, operations, and strategy teams to shape direction and outcomes
- Develop long-term strategy alongside pragmatic short-term solutions
- Design and prototype concepts; communicate ideas through storytelling and demos
- Use qualitative and quantitative signals to evaluate impact
- Partner with engineering to maintain high craft and implementation quality
- Contribute shared patterns and systems across Risk
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience at a product-driven technology company
- Portfolio demonstrating visual craft, interaction design, and systems thinking
- Experience designing complex products with multiple stakeholders and interconnected workflows
- Strong product judgment and ability to shape direction
- Ability to prototype across multiple touchpoints and surfaces
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
