What you'll do
- Respond to customer questions through chat, email, and Slack.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers develop use cases.
- Create demo projects, documentation, and videos for users.
- Identify product weaknesses and recurring pain points, and share feedback with Product.
- Work with Sales, Product, and Customer colleagues to understand user needs.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of professional experience as a data scientist, analyst, or analytics engineer using SQL and Python.
- Practical experience with data science tools and workflows, including Python, Jupyter notebooks, SQL, and BI tools.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with customers, from individual contributors to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, curiosity, and collaborative approach.
Nice to have
- Experience in a user-facing technical role, such as data consultant or customer engineer.
- Familiarity with the modern data stack, including ETL, storage, BI, and ML.
- Based in NYC and willing to work in the office at least two days per week, or based in the Eastern or Central time zone.
