What you'll do
- Build partnership deal models covering pricing, revenue share, commitments, and cost-to-serve
- Evaluate proposals and recommend deal structures that protect margins
- Develop partnership commercial frameworks, including rate cards and capacity pricing
- Assess strategic partnership value, including customer reach and model access
- Connect partner commitments and forecasts to capacity and GPU supply planning
- Track partnership performance and own the partnerships forecast for the annual plan
- Advise Product and Partnerships leadership on partner priorities and roadmap implications
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, PE/VC investing, or investment banking
- Strong product unit economics knowledge and financial modeling skills, including modeling from usage and cost data
- Experience structuring commercial agreements and assessing downstream effects on pricing, channel conflicts, capacity, and margins
- Ability to synthesize complex information into executive recommendations and advocate a clear point of view
- Comfort building processes from scratch and making decisions with incomplete data
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and execution
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Nice to have
- Experience with GPU compute economics or cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with cloud marketplaces, AI gateways, or AI model lab commercial structures
- Experience at a usage-based company
- SQL or BI tool familiarity
