What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize customer problems suited to the company’s agentic products
- Lead customer discovery and validate needs, workflows, and adoption barriers
- Build AI-assisted prototypes and demonstrations; test concepts with customers
- Define requirements and partner with engineering to deliver production-ready products
- Develop packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Design clear experiences for agent permissions, policies, and human oversight
- Define success measures for customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue
What we're looking for
- 12+ years of product management, product design, or related experience
- Track record taking new products from ambiguous opportunity through validation, launch, and commercial adoption
- Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience building and shipping under uncertainty
- Hands-on prototyping experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding tools
- Experience working directly with customers to define products, validate demand, or support pilots and sales
- Commercial judgment across packaging, pricing, positioning, or go-to-market decisions
- Strong UX instincts and technical fluency to collaborate with engineering
- Ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales
Nice to have
- Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products
- Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or controls for automated actions
