About this role
Own Supabase’s product strategy for helping companies adopt and govern it as an internal development platform. Make it easy for employees and AI agents to start building while giving IT, security, platform, and finance teams the visibility and controls they need.
About the company
Supabase builds an open-source backend platform with Postgres, auth, storage, and realtime APIs. It helps developers launch production apps without managing custom infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Set the roadmap for IT-approved rollouts and adoption across company teams.
- Make project creation and infrastructure self-service through Supabase, developer portals, and agents.
- Build company-wide visibility, ownership, delegated access, and organizational boundaries.
- Develop practical identity, policy, audit, and spend controls with enterprise stakeholders.
- Define guardrails for moving applications from experimentation to production.
- Turn early customer rollouts into repeatable product experiences.
- Measure adoption and product usage to guide priorities.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
- Experience building self-service products trusted by developers and platform or IT teams.
- Ability to reason about identity, permissions, organizational boundaries, and usage attribution.
- Strong perspective on how AI agents affect software development inside companies.
- Experience with experimentation and data analysis.
- Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating.
- Comfortable working asynchronously in a fully remote team.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience using Supabase or building with the products you own.
- Experience using AI tools for research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.
Benefits
- Company equity through ESOP.
- Global coworking membership or allowance.
- Tech and professional development allowances.
- Health insurance coverage for employees and partial coverage for dependents.
- Annual company off-sites.
- Flexible, asynchronous work.
