What you'll do
- Own and deliver core workstreams spanning small business banking
- Manage growth and adoption from acquisition through active accounts
- Ensure daily coordination with cross-functional teams
- Partner with external vendors to deliver integrated experiences
- Measure and define KPIs around account activity
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of product management experience in fintech or banking
- Hands-on familiarity with business banking and deposit products
- Experience in 0→1 environments
- Understanding of banking regulatory complexities
- Strong ownership and action-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with KYB/onboarding flows
- Familiarity with banking infrastructure
- Knowledge of ledgering
