What you'll do

- Define 'done' before build starts
- Get requirements in before engineering starts
- Understand the process before building
- Make auditability a first-class requirement
- Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows
- Run the operating rhythm
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years on financial-crime systems
- Working knowledge of how an AML programme is examined
- Technical fluency in data flows and system design
- A track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms
- Clear, concise writing skills
- Strong judgement for managing senior stakeholder relationships
Nice to have
- Direct FIU experience
- Crypto or digital-asset experience
- Experience shipping AI or ML into regulated workflows
- Build-vs-buy and vendor evaluation for tooling
- Experience with programmes that span jurisdictions
