About this role

Own the integrations product area, making it easier for partners to connect with Hi Rasmus and ensuring integrations remain reliable as the platform grows. Work with customers, partners, Engineering, and internal teams to identify workflow problems and prioritize scalable solutions.

About the company

Hi Rasmus builds ABA software that helps clinicians, educators, and care teams deliver behavioral therapy for children with autism through data collection, reporting, and clinical workflows.

What you'll do

  • Learn how ABA organizations work and identify the workflow problems behind integration requests.
  • Build relationships with external integration partners and clarify capabilities, scope, constraints, and expectations.
  • Own integration product discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and success measures.
  • Turn recurring needs into scalable capabilities and balance new integrations with reliability work.
  • Partner with Engineering to frame problems, tradeoffs, and outcomes without owning technical architecture.
  • Improve partner onboarding, documentation, testing, support, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Help Customer Success, Implementation, and Commercial teams understand integration capabilities and customer needs.
  • Track adoption, reliability, and customer value after launch.

What we're looking for

  • Product management experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, healthcare technology, developer products, or a technically complex environment.
  • Direct experience with integrations, interoperability, data exchange, APIs, or connected product ecosystems.
  • Experience working with external technology partners, enterprise customers, developers, or IT teams.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, data exchange, system dependencies, integration reliability, and tradeoffs.
  • Strong product discovery, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to learn complex operational domains and turn customer needs into scalable product capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare integrations such as EHR/EMR, payer, or practice-management systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards or data exchange.
  • Experience with developer-facing products, APIs, integration marketplaces, or data products.
  • Experience with integration-based business models, ABA, behavioral health, or complex healthcare.

Benefits

  • 100% covered employee-only standard health, dental, and vision premiums.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • 10 vacation days, 5 sick days, 7 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays.
  • Six weeks of paid leave for all parents and caregivers; birthing parents may receive up to 14 weeks.
  • Fully remote and flexible work environment.
