What you'll do

- Manage the full offering lifecycle: design, build, launch, iterate, and deprecate
- Ensure offerings stay current as new products are launched
- Design and implement a governance framework for service offerings
- Define and track offering KPIs
- Run regular performance reviews
- Analyze delivery data to propose refinements
- Conduct retrospectives to capture insights and feedback
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of Professional Services or consulting delivery experience
- Experience shaping or owning a service offering
- Commercial literacy
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written communication
- Product Management training or experience
- Ability to apply product thinking to service design
