What you'll do

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap
• Define workflow models for software development
• Ensure trust and quality standards
• Integrate AI agents with engineering tools
• Shape memory and context model for AI agents
• Collaborate with design partners and enterprise customers

What we're looking for

• Experience in developer tooling products
• Hands-on experience with coding agents
• Technical depth in agent orchestration
• Experience owning a platform area
• Understanding of probabilistic outputs in products
• Direct work with design partners or enterprise customers

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent systems
• Background in evaluating AI output quality
• Experience with products adopted by individual developers
• Operated a large open-source project
