What you'll do
- Design and operate scalable partner program frameworks
- Manage and support a portfolio of approximately 50 technology partners
- Triage partner questions and connect partners with the right internal teams
- Create partner communications and enablement resources, including newsletters and FAQs
- Coordinate partner promotion through Config and Figma Community initiatives
- Measure and improve partner engagement, satisfaction, and program health
- Experiment with programs that support developers and integration partners
- Represent partner and user needs internally
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology company
- At least 2 years in partnerships, ecosystem programs, partner enablement, or a technical customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for business and technical audiences
- Experience coordinating projects across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and build scalable processes
- Ability to balance business, partner, and customer needs
Nice to have
- Experience with developer or technology partner ecosystems, app marketplaces, integrations, or API programs
- Interest or experience in design tools, developer platforms, or SaaS ecosystems
- Experience managing communications or enablement at scale, such as newsletters, webinars, or resource hubs
