Product Support Specialist, Eastern/Central Time

Support Linear customers with onboarding, account setup, troubleshooting, and integrations across email and social channels. Investigate and reproduce issues with engineering, share customer feedback to inform product decisions, and lead projects that improve support operations.

What you'll do

• Support customers with onboarding, account setup, debugging, and feature and integration discovery
• Investigate and resolve customer issues across email, Slack, Twitter, and Reddit
• Partner with engineering to document and reproduce bugs
• Share customer feedback trends and insights with the wider team
• Lead projects to improve support, internal knowledge sharing, and product operations

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, including experience supporting technical or engineering users
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues, APIs, and integrations
• Ability to reproduce bugs across browsers, operating systems, and mobile environments
• Based in the U.S. or Canada in Eastern or Central Time
• Passion for technology, quality, and Linear’s mission

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and GitHub
• Curiosity and willingness to learn technical tools
