What you'll do

- Improve planning cycles, meetings, handoffs, and decision-making processes.
- Manage the extended leadership team program, quarterly all-hands, and annual offsite.
- Write team newsletters and leadership communications.
- Coordinate employee experience, training, survey follow-up, hub, and recognition programs.
- Support contractor coordination and maintain team knowledge resources and calendars.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in program management, operations, chief of staff, or strategy roles.
- Experience running recurring programs end to end and driving follow-through without formal authority.
- Strong judgment, organization, and concise writing skills.
- Comfort handling confidential information and sensitive people topics.
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
