What you'll do

• Manage workforce lifecycle for contractor and vendor reviewers
• Triage and execute requests for vendor capacity
• Turn ad hoc processes into scalable systems
• Partner with IT and Security for access governance
• Build capacity plans with Enforcement leads
• Ensure partner accountability for capacity commitments
• Align practices with other human review teams
• Define long-term workforce strategy

• Experience in managing onboarding and offboarding for contractor or vendor workforces
• Operated scaled human review programs
• Transformed broken processes into scalable solutions
• Understanding of capacity planning fundamentals
• Sound judgment on access and permissions
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
• Build alignment with dependent teams
