What you'll do
- Coordinate security engagements, including kickoff, timelines, milestones, report delivery, and closure
- Coordinate project requirements and handoffs across security engineers, sales, and internal teams
- Track project risks, delays, and scope changes, and help ensure timely resolution
- Provide client status updates and manage change requests
- Lead kickoff and report review meetings and coordinate follow-up assessments and retests
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of project management experience, including 1 year in blockchain
- Understanding of smart contracts, blockchain security, and penetration testing
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating across teams
- Client-facing project experience with strong communication skills
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity consulting or security assessment delivery experience
- Familiarity with Web3, major blockchains, and DeFi protocols
- Experience with institutional clients, financial institutions, or enterprises
- Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, or another additional language
