Project Manager

About this role

Own end-to-end enterprise implementations of Sona’s workforce management products, delivering to agreed scope, budget, and timelines. Work with customer stakeholders and internal teams across multiple sectors, with a focus on strong customer outcomes and early value realisation.

What you'll do

• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and scope changes
• Build customer relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customers
• Maintain project documentation and status reports; escalate risks
• Improve delivery processes and tools

What we're looking for

• Experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including with C-level executives
• Leadership and collaboration skills; able to influence without direct authority
• Strong risk management, planning, and prioritisation
• Organised and results-driven under pressure
• Able to present, report, and manage multiple complex projects
• Comfortable using AI in work and evaluating where to trust it

Nice to have

• Workforce management or HR software experience
• Experience with Smartsheets
• Experience supporting customers in frontline or operationally complex industries
