- Design a two-layer quality model
- Establish methods for determining decision outcomes
- Run quality reviews consistently
- Deliver User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Extend quality measurement to AI decisions
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or operations
- Experience driving quality delivery through partner teams
- Proven experience building a quality program from scratch
- Experience measuring quality in judgment-based work
- Strong grasp of measurement rigor
- Strong data literacy
- Exceptional writing skills
- Strong cross-functional influence skills
