What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for solutions architects, pre-sales engineers, managers, and other customer-facing technical roles
- Partner with Applied AI leaders and GTM recruiters on hiring strategies
- Source candidates with technical depth, customer empathy, and business acumen
- Build talent pipelines across LLMs, cloud architecture, enterprise integration, and technical consulting
- Create a high-touch candidate experience that communicates Anthropic’s mission
- Share recruiting practices, market insights, and candidate leads across the team
- Use AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency while maintaining personalized engagement
- Provide insights on compensation trends and talent availability
What we're looking for
- Experience recruiting customer-facing technical roles requiring technical knowledge and strong communication
- Understand requirements involving LLMs, APIs, cloud architectures, and enterprise integration
- Assess candidates’ ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with technical hiring managers
- Collaborate with recruiting colleagues while managing specialized searches
- Interest in applying AI to recruiting with a human-centered approach
Nice to have
- 5+ years of technical or technical sales recruiting experience, preferably in enterprise software or AI/ML
- Experience recruiting pre-sales or solutions engineering talent in AI/ML
- Success supporting hypergrowth within a GTM recruiting organization
- Experience developing specialized recruiting practices within broader teams
- Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment challenges
- Technical background or experience recruiting highly specialized technical roles
