Own full-cycle recruiting across Cyberhaven, supporting teams from GTM and Operations to Engineering and Product. Build candidate pipelines, advise hiring managers, and improve recruiting workflows using AI tools.

What you'll do

• Manage searches from intake through offer and close.
• Source and build candidate pipelines through targeted outreach and research.
• Advise hiring managers on role scope, market conditions, compensation, and hiring processes.
• Manage interview loops, candidate communication, feedback, and offer discussions.
• Use AI tools to automate and improve sourcing, screening, reporting, and recruiting workflows.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and use pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Lead projects involving referrals, employer branding, tooling, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience at fast-growing startups.
• Experience owning searches and building recruiting processes in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• Strong sourcing, market research, and candidate relationship-building skills.
• Clear communication, strong organization, follow-through, and sound judgment.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to recruiting workflows.
• Able to work onsite at the Mountain View headquarters two days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting GTM, Operations, or G&A roles at a high-growth AI or cybersecurity company.
• Experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS and using pipeline data to generate insights.
