Own full-cycle recruiting for Anthropic’s Go-To-Market roles, including Sales, Partnerships, Public Sector, and Beneficial Deployments. Partner with hiring leaders to define roles, build sourcing strategies, and create effective assessment processes while representing Anthropic’s mission to candidates.

Go-To-Market (GTM)

What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from intake through offer and close for GTM roles
• Advise hiring managers on role requirements, talent markets, compensation, and search strategy
• Build sourcing campaigns and talent pools for competitive commercial roles
• Design and refine interview loops and assessment criteria
• Use pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting processes
• Represent Anthropic’s mission and approach to AI safety to candidates

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for commercial or Go-To-Market functions
• Strong stakeholder partnership and influencing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use pipeline data to inform decisions
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
• Interest in AI’s potential and awareness of its risks

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting scarce, highly competitive talent
• Greenhouse and structured interviewing experience
• Experience recruiting technical GTM roles such as Solutions Architects or Forward Deployed Engineers
• Experience building or scaling recruiting processes or interview loops
