Build and scale Anthropic’s go-to-market recruiting in APAC, beginning with Singapore. This founding regional recruiting role will lead full-cycle hiring while establishing local processes, partnerships, and talent strategies.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple GTM teams and establish APAC recruiting processes
• Develop culturally informed sourcing strategies for Singapore and other APAC markets
• Advise regional leaders and headquarters on talent acquisition strategy and local market practices
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to improve recruiting efficiency
• Share market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and cultural considerations
• Build local agency, university, and professional-network partnerships

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth GTM functions in APAC
• Experience building recruiting processes from scratch and managing multiple searches
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures, stakeholders, and time zones
• Data-driven recruiting experience and familiarity with metrics-based performance tracking
• Understanding of Singapore hiring practices, employment law, and professional norms

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience at an AI or deep-technology company in APAC
• Experience establishing recruiting functions during international expansion
• Experience building employer brand and company culture in new markets
• Established network in Singapore’s technology ecosystem
