What you'll do
- Coordinate interview loops and debriefs with recruiters and hiring managers
- Manage onsite interview logistics, including candidate arrivals and workspace setup
- Communicate interview details and changes to candidates and internal teams
- Resolve day-of issues and scheduling conflicts
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of recruiting or HR experience
- Strong attention to detail and operational coordination skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Warm, personable approach to candidate support
- Ability to adapt to last-minute changes
