- Collaborate with Professional Services for paid consulting engagements
- Create scaled educational content for customers
- Contribute to product education and advanced offerings
- Partner with Product Team to provide feedback

- 2+ years in recruiting operations or analytics
- Experience with Ashby’s product
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to navigate diverse stakeholders
- Proactive in holding teams accountable
