What you'll do
- Manage 3–5 concurrent data center sites
- Drive tenant fit-out and contractor performance
- Serve as escalation point for schedule and cost risks
- Coordinate safety program execution
- Interface with Design Engineering for project approvals
- Manage construction handoff to commissioning
- Report status and risk to the Director, Construction Delivery
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in data center or large-scale industrial construction management
- Experience with landlord-delivered shell space
- Fluency in MEP systems and fit-out trades
- Ability to manage geographically distributed job sites
- Strong command of schedule and cost tracking practices
- Frequent travel across a multi-state portfolio
Nice to have
- Owner’s-representative experience
- Experience with hyperscaler/neocloud tenants
