What you'll do
- Support the CCO in executing the compliance strategy
- Help obtain and maintain licenses for the business
- Provide oversight over compliance processes
- Prepare compliance reporting for Board and Management
- Manage regulatory examinations and findings
- Oversee regulatory reporting and recordkeeping
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of compliance or regulatory experience in payments
- Knowledge of EU and French payments regulation
- Ability to support effective compliance programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English
- Self-starter with problem-solving abilities
